Notice is hereby given that proposals are being requested by Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County (HHC) for the purpose of contracting with a qualified business to provide Elevator Maintenance Services for HHC facilities.

It is the intent of HHC to solicit responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with the processes and procedures, proposal preparation instructions, project scope, and requirements definitions contained in the RFP.

All sealed responses to the RFP will be received by the Purchasing Department of Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County until 5 p.m. (local Indianapolis, IN time) on or before Friday, Nov. 15, 2019. Proposals received after the hour and date set for receiving of proposals will be returned unopened. Qualified individuals or firms are to submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of the completed proposal along with any support documentation.
 


Minority, Women, Veteran and Disability-owned businesses are encouraged to submit information on these projects.

Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County reserves the right to accept or reject any quote and to waive any irregularities in quotes.
