“We fill an important need by providing adolescent and pediatric health care in Marion County, especially for families that don’t have health insurance or who struggle financially,” said ACTION Health Center medical director Millicent Moye, M.D. “The clinic is conveniently located and offers extended hours, as well as same-day and walk-in hours, so that patients can receive care.”

Moye says the center invests time in educating patients about preventive health care. It also provides mental health services, education on eating healthy, and educating about the importance of physical activity.
