Notice of Executive Session of HHC Board of Trustees  

The Board of Trustees of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana (HHC), will meet in Executive Session at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. The meeting will be held in the Rapp Family Conference Center located at 720 Eskenazi Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana 46202.

The meeting will be held to discuss:

  •     strategy with respect to the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing; and

  •     a job performance evaluation, employee specific compensation, or employment matters of individual employees.

As authorized under Indiana Code sections 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) and (b)(9).
