Stay food safe this Thanksgiving. Before you prepare to cook your Thanksgiving dinner, remember the four steps to food safety: clean, separate, cook and chill.

As a reminder, the Marion County Public Health Department will be closed for Thanksgiving break. This includes all offices such as walk-in services for birth certificates, death certificates and immunization records. Regular business hours will resume Monday, December 1.
