HHC is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees, whose members are appointed by the Mayor of Indianapolis, the City-County Council and the County Commissioners.

Do you have used tires that you need to get rid of? Drop them off at our Mosquito Control building (4001 E. 21st Street) on Saturday, June 15, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Tire Recycle Day. We can take up to six tires as long as they aren’t on rims.
