Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County (HHC) operates Marion County Public Health Department, Eskenazi Health, Eskenazi Health Foundation, Indianapolis EMS and Long Term Care.

HHC is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees, whose members are appointed by the Mayor of Indianapolis, the City-County Council and the County Commissioners.

Our Mission is to promote and protect the health of everyone in the community and provide healthcare to those who are underserved.

Our Vision is that Indianapolis will be the healthiest large city in the United States by the year 2030.

Don’t forget to check the batteries in your carbon monoxide and smoke alarms when you change your clocks for tonight’s “Spring Forward” time change. Dead or missing batteries are the most common cause of a carbon monoxide or smoke alarm failure.
