NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Board of Trustees of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion The Board of Trustees of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana (HHC), will meet in Executive Session at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. The meeting will be held in the Rapp Family Conference Center located at 720 Eskenazi Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana, 46202.

The meeting will be held to:

• discuss strategy regarding the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing;
• and engage in strategic planning.

As authorized under Indiana Code section 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) and Indiana Code section 16-22-8-6.5(a)(4), respectively.
