| Notice of Executive Session of HHC Board of Trustees |
The Board of Trustees of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana (HHC), will meet in Executive Session at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. The meeting will be held in the Rapp Family Conference Center located at 720 Eskenazi Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana, 46202.
The meeting will be held to discuss:
- strategy with respect to the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing; and
- the job performance evaluation, employee specific compensation, or employment matters of individual employees.
As authorized under Indiana Code sections 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) and (b)(9), respectively.
