Notice of Executive Session of HHC Board of Trustees

The  Board of Trustees of Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana (HHC), will meet in Executive Session at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. The meeting will be held in the Rapp Family Conference Center located at 720 Eskenazi Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46202.

The meeting will be held to engage in strategic planning and to discuss a job performance evaluation, employee specific compensation, or employment matters of individual employees. As authorized under Indiana Code § 16-22-8-6.5(a)(4) and 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9), respectively.
