Pop Warner Football Sign Up Set for April 5
Indianapolis-area children between the ages of 5-15 are encouraged to sign up April 5 for the local Pop Warner Football League. The Indianapolis area is represented by four associations include: the Warren Township Pop Warner Little Scholars, GSA Pop Warner which is based in the Lawrence Township area, the Pop Warner Bad Boys based in Center Township and the Fighting Tigers based in the Butler University area. All programs have football and cheerleading/dance programs available.
Football players and cheerleaders must maintain a 2.0 grade average or its equivalent.
The April 5 sign up will be held from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the Marion County Health Department, 3838 North Rural Street. Parents or guardians must bring the child’s birth certificate in order to register them.
