Have Breakfast With Santa and Support Victims of Violence
Legacy House and Applebee’s will again sponsor Breakfast with Santa at two locations on December 6th at 8:30 a.m. The Applebee’s at 8310 East 96th Street in Fishers and the Greenwood Park Mall location at 1251 U.S. 31 North will be hosting the fundraising events. Tickets are $5 for children 12 and under. Tickets for those 13 and older will be $10. A delicious, hot breakfast, arts and crafts, visit with Santa and picture will be offered. Proceeds from the two events will support Legacy House.
Legacy House is the only victim service agency in Indianapolis, outside of the criminal justice system, that responds to all types of violence. It is also the only agency providing service to men who are victims of violence as well as women and children. Legacy House provides services free of charge while most, if not all, other victim service agencies outside of the criminal justice system charge fees on a sliding scale basis.
Since opening in April of 2001 in the North Arlington Community Health Center, Legacy House has provided more than 9,000 clients with more than 23,500 services.
