Health Conference for Older Indianapolis Set for September 5
“Aging with Spirit” is the theme of the September 5 Healthy Older People’s Program, sponsored by the Marion County Health Department.
Pastor Jeffrey A. Johnson from Eastern Star Church and Dr. Diane Healey will be keynote speakers.
More than a dozen vendors will have information on topics ranging from home health care to health insurance. Music, entertainment from Arsenal Technical High School and door prizes will be part of the program.
The one-day event will be held at Primo Banquet Hall and Conference Center North, 5649 Lee Road and will begin at 9:30 a.m.
Cost for the conference is $6 and includes a catered lunch. Space is limited and registration is required no later than August 29. For more information and to register call 221-3022.
