Conflict Resolution
The Conflict Resolution program is designed to help young men learn to deal effectively and peacefully with conflict through group discussions, guest speakers and the Reclaiming the Village Seven Life Principles. Students recommended by guidance counselors and social workers for the program will explore topics such as:
- Identity
- Stereotyping
- Cultural boundaries
- Communication
- Problem-solving
- Decision-making
- Conflict in the community
By the end of the program, students should be confident in their ability to manage conflict in school and community settings and think through the life changing consequences of their decisions.
