NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Board of Trustees of Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana, (HHC) will meet in Executive Session at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. The meeting will be held in the Rapp Family Conference Center located at 720 Eskenazi Ave., Indianapolis, Indiana, 46202.

The meeting will be held to:

• discuss the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing; and
• engage in strategic planning.

As authorized under Indiana Code section 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) and section 16-22-8-6.5(a)(4), respectively.

Notice of Event Involving HHC’s Board of Trustees  

Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana, (HHC) is currently constructing a new Public Health Laboratory located at 3810 Meadows Dr. in Indianapolis. A beam signing for the laboratory will be held on Monday, June 16 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., and members of HHC’s Board of Trustees will be in attendance.
