| Notice of Executive Session of HHC Board of Trustees |
The Board of Trustees of Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana, (HHC) will meet in Executive Session at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026. The meeting will be held in the Rapp Family Conference Center located at 720 Eskenazi Ave., Indianapolis, Indiana, 46202.
The meeting will be held to discuss strategy regarding:
- the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing; and
- the implementation of security systems.
As authorized under Indiana Code sections 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) and (2)(C), respectively.
