Notice of Executive Session of HHC Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana, (HHC) will meet in Executive Session at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. The meeting will be held in the Rapp Family Conference Center located at 720 Eskenazi Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana, 46202. 

The meeting will be held to discuss strategy with respect to:

• the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing; and
• the purchase, lease, as lessor or lessee, transfer, exchange, or sale of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option is executed by the parties.

As authorized under Indiana Code sections 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) and (2)(D), respectively.
