Sponsorship Requests
Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana, (HHC), for sponsorship purposes, encompasses Eskenazi Health, Indianapolis Emergency Management Services and Marion County Public Health Department. Organizations requesting HHC or one of its divisions to sponsor an event or program must complete the form listed below.
Notes
- Requests must be submitted 45 days in advance of the date of the event or commencement of the program.
- HHC receives many sponsorship requests and are unable to support all requests.
